meditation Agenda
We practice Somatic Meditation
To calm the mind, calm the body.
Cyclical breathing and cyclical vocalizing harmonizes the systems in the body to coherence and stillness.
You create, via breath and sound, a stable rhythm in order to create a stable system.
9:30 AM
Meet & Welcome
9:45 - 10:15 AM
We sit in a circle and practice somatic meditation
First, we do some cyclical breathing together
Then we chant ‘ahh’ together
10:15 to 10:30 AM
Once the mind and body are calm, we then listen to some pure tones and focus on them inwardly to find pure stillness.
10:35 AM
Time for some light refreshments
